Bollywood Dance Classes

Bollywood Dance is a fusion of different dance forms including: Hip-hop, Jazz, Ballroom, Latin, Indian Classical, Indian Folk, Bhangra and everything else you can imagine. It is a great way to have fun while getting a good workout.  Students of all fitness levels are welcome to join this class seeing as the tendency to enjoy this upbeat, energetic dance is universal. Bollywood is also a very simple dance style to learn, again making it the perfect dance for any age. Bollywood dance is definitely the most fun way to get fit as it provides a workout that is much more fun than the tread mill, hands down. Or should we say, hands up and waving like mad!
